Scott (the owner) and 3 of his employees came out on a Saturday, between Christmas and New Years (12/29/12) to replace our old original furnace from 1964. They replaced it with a 95% efficiency Goodman GMVC950704CX, which was a great price and perfect for our 1250 sq ft home. Consumers Energy and DTE currently have 2013 rebates for high efficiency furnaces and Precision is certified for both utilities – We already have one rebate check back from DTE. The guys from Precision were quick, professional and good people, something you can see right away. Make sure you get a quote from them!

Great price, friendly service and knowledgeable about the industry and the products they sell and install. Had them put in a furnace. Now replacing water heater with a on demand water heater. Would highly recommend them.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Precision Heating & Cooling. I recommend the company to all my family, friends, and coworkers. The response from that company is always with “a sense of urgency”. Most recent example: Last winter my furnace quit working in the middle of freezing cold temperatures, and I was taken care of immediately!! And the “fix” was minimal, honest, and cost me very little! He saw a furnace part was needed, and he flew to get the part, came back minutes later, and I had heat!! With this company, you will never feel taken advantage of.

My furnace stopped working and it was snowing 20 degrees out! I called 5 different Furnace repair companies and Scott from Precision made us a priority when all the other companies would have taken 6 hours before they got to us. Scott showed up within an hour of my call and quickly went to work fixing my furnace. Within 30 min he had it fixed for a very reasonable price! Now we are toasty warm! Thanks a million Scott!

In our first meeting, he inspected my furnace and the ductwork, gave me a price with several options, and gave me an install date. I accepted his bid and let him know which options I chose. He came on the day he said he would at the exact time he told me. About 3-4 hours later the furnace was in. I appreciate his expertise and advice on hvac and his commitment to his professionalism.
